Cinnamon Nut Granola


Ingredients:

6 Cups of gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup of Maple Syrup
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of apple juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
chopped nuts

shredded coconut



Directions:

  1. Place oats in a large bowl
  2. Place all liquids in a large bowl
  3. Add seasonings, and nuts to the oats - mix well
  4. Add liquids to the mixture.
  5. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees, place all granola on cooking sheet and shredded coconut.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes, stir, cook another 25 minutes or until crispy
